We keep the calendar full. You keep your independence.
Independent contractor. Own your vehicle and equipment. Tell us your availability and get paid per job.
Apply nowAlmost every detailer we talk to can find a customer. Almost none of them can tell you what next Tuesday looks like.
That is the part we do.
We are building routes in Jacksonville for detailers who already own their equipment and want steady, predictable work on the calendar before the week starts. Not scraps. Not whatever nobody else wanted. A real route.
You tell us when you are available and where you want to work. We book the jobs, cluster them so you are not crossing town all day, and send you the week ahead of time. Take the ones that work for you. Pass on the ones that do not.
Per job pay. Take the jobs that fit your schedule.
Apply nowWhy a route is worth more than a lead
A lead is one job. A route is a business.
When your work is clustered, your drive time collapses and your real hourly goes up without you touching a single price. Four jobs in one part of town beats six jobs spread across the county, every time, and you already know that.
What we are actually selling you is predictability. You will know what your week looks like before it starts. You can plan around it, staff around it, and stop spending your evenings chasing the next job instead of resting.
We handle the ads, the phone, the quoting, the scheduling and the follow up. That is a full time job by itself and it is the one most detailers hate.
How it works
- You tell us your availability and the areas you will drive to.
- We book the customers and build a route inside the hours you gave us.
- You get the schedule ahead of the week. Anything that does not work for you, you pass on. No penalty, no explanation needed, no effect on what you get offered next.
- You show up, do the work, upload before and after photos, and get paid per job on a set schedule.
- Consistent quality moves you up. Higher rated technicians get first look at the schedule and a wider radius of work to choose from.
You are running your own business here. We are one customer that happens to bring you a lot of work. Keep your own clients, work for anyone else you like.
What it pays
45% of the ticket, and we buy the chemicals.
| Service | Pays per job |
|---|---|
| Express Detail | $90 minimum |
| Interior or Exterior Detail | $90 |
| Paint Enhancement | $157 |
| Full Detail | $180 |
| The Showroom Detail | $247 |
Larger vehicles pay more, because the ticket is higher.
Minimum per trip: $90. If we send you out for a single job, you make at least that for the trip, whatever the ticket says. Route blocks of several jobs pay the full percentage across the whole block.
Why 45% and not 50%: most shops offering you half are making you buy your own chemicals, and that is real money out of your pocket every week. We buy them. On a full detail that is about $18 of product you are not paying for and not driving to pick up. Do the arithmetic, it comes out the same or better, and you keep the cash in your account instead of on a shelf.
You keep 100% of tips.
Being straight about volume: we are new here. The site is live, the phone is on, and we are filling the calendar right now. Early on this is a second stream, not a full week, and it grows as fast as we can book it. Anyone promising you a full route on day one in a market they just entered is guessing.
What you bring
- Your own vehicle. Truck, SUV, van or similar
- Your own professional detailing equipment
- Proof of general liability insurance
- Real detailing experience on paying customers
- Valid driver's license and a clean record
- The ability to represent yourself well in someone's driveway
You set your own hours and your own service area. You decide which work you take. You are free to keep your own clients and work for anyone else you like. This is a contract relationship, not employment, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What we provide
- The customers. All of them, at our cost, not yours
- Chemicals and consumables, so that money stays in your pocket
- Booking, scheduling, routing and customer communication
- A written spec for each service so expectations are never a guessing game
- Payment per job on a set schedule. No invoicing games, no chasing us
The work
- Express maintenance details on recurring route customers
- Full interior detailing. Vacuum, extraction, panels, glass
- Exterior wash, paint decontamination, wax and sealant
- Paint enhancement and correction
- Headlight restoration
Some services need a higher rating before they open up to you. Paint correction on a customer's black paint is not the place to find out somebody was overstating their experience.
How we grade, and what it gets you
We are upfront about this because it decides what work you see first.
We look at four things:
- Before and after photos on every job
- On time arrival
- Customer rating after the visit
- How often you pass on scheduled work
Higher rated technicians get two things that matter more than a bigger percentage would:
First look: you see the week before lower rated techs do, which means you get the tight clusters and the high ticket jobs instead of the leftovers.
A wider radius: you can pick up work across a larger area, so there is more to choose from and more ways to fill a day without dead miles.
That is the whole ladder. Do good work consistently and your route gets denser and better paid without anyone renegotiating anything.
Apply
Tell us what you run for equipment, what vehicle you work out of, your experience, and your availability. Send a link to photos of your work. Photos are the fastest way to the top of the pile, because in this trade they are the only resume that means anything.
We read every one.
