Arrival and walkaround
- We walk the car with you before anything starts, so you see exactly what we see

Wheels and tires
- Wheels cleaned on the face and around the lug area
- Tires scrubbed to strip old browned dressing
- Wheel wells rinsed out
Two-bucket hand wash
- Pre-rinse to float off loose grit before the mitt touches the paint
- Foam bath to soften road film
- Two-bucket hand wash with grit guards and a clean mitt, never a spinning brush
- Door shuts and fuel door wiped
- Dried with plush microfiber towels, no air dry water spots
Spray wax and finish
- Spray wax laid over the clean paint for gloss and a few weeks of protection
- Exterior glass cleaned streak free
- Tires dressed to a satin finish
- Final walk-around with you before we pack up
Interior reset
- Floor mats pulled and cleaned separately
- Carpets, seats, trunk and under the seats vacuumed
