These Terms of Service explain the rules for using this website and booking a service with Jax Auto Detailing, the business operating this website.

Quotes and pricing

The price you see in our online quote tool is an estimate based on the information you give us. We confirm your final price once we see your vehicle in person. If the condition of your vehicle changes the price, we will tell you and get your approval before we start any work.

Scheduling and weather

We schedule appointments in a day and time window you pick. Florida weather can change fast. If a storm or heavy rain would affect your appointment, we will reschedule you at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due after you approve the completed work. We accept card and contactless payment. We do not require payment before we start.

Cancellations and changes

Life happens. Contact us to cancel or move your appointment. We ask for reasonable notice when you can give it.

Your vehicle

You confirm that you own the vehicle or have permission from the owner to have it serviced. Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Liability

We work carefully on every vehicle. If we cause damage through our own work, tell us right away so we can make it right. This does not cover pre-existing damage or normal wear.

Service area

We provide mobile car detailing across Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. If your location falls outside this area, contact us and we will let you know if we can still help.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The version posted on this page is always the current one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
